Learn how to use Lego® Bricks and Lego® Serious Play facilitation techniques as a leader in any environment needing to be focused on strengthening team relationships, problem solving, and decision making. This session will highlight Leadership, Engagement, Communication, and Opportunity, using LEGO as an acronym to recall session highlights and Lego® Serious Play activities.  This session will include activities which are inspired by Lego® Serious Play® professional facilitators.
